Having accurate design plans before the bidding process begins makes it easier on both the contractor and client. Allowing for multiple bids to be obtained, you’ll know that everyone is bidding on exactly the same materials, methods, brands, and models.

By supplying more detailed plans, this closer estimate can reduce ballpark figures and excessive (commonly wasted) materials from being ordered (and consequently placed within your bottom line).

The Design Plans may require many drawings to effectively communicate the intent.

Using a customized check-list, these drawings are communicated up front to you. The Basic plans are completed according to The National Council of Building Design standards. This is an initial set of standards that has been additionally supplemented to also retrofit a Greener approach.

This includes proven program recommendations from Energy Star and USGBC. Thereby providing a more holistic design from the beginning.
