The cost to complete a working set of drawings is based on the completed time invested in your project.

While some home-owners may only require a simple addition, others require a new overall concept. *See Example

Rates of this nature, however, cannot be estimated without the overall design intent being understood. Additionally, there are add-on variables you may choose which include a separate expense outside of design fees. IE: LEED certification, Energy Star HERS providers, etc.

Hourly rate is based on industry standards, and demand. These fees are typically disclosed in the first meeting, along with a written estimate.
