Each set of plans are created with a basic set of formulas including all of the necessary details to construct your vision- most drawings and details are outlined from the beginning without random inclusion. The end result is an effective interpretation you can use to acquire bids and begin the construction process.

These details are presented as a program of features and benefits you can choose from in the beginning. A check-list which will help you to recognize all of the available options. These guidelines are then used to create a preliminary set of drawings for you to review, along with possible suggestions to improve overall performance.

From the beginning, you can also choose different paths to extend the performance and environmental benefits. These paths include but are not limited to: LEED for New Construction and ENERGY STAR. While certification cannot be guaranteed, these guidelines are excellent design choices which may benefit you either way.
